I live in perth and things are very different here.
I can still buy places that will be positively geared from day 1.
I've bought and sold houses in the past year and if I listened to all these gloomy posts which started 3 years ago I would of lost 10s of '000s I get valuations each year.
R/E isn't as sweaty palms as the stock market.
Imagine buying a 120,000 house when T2 was floated and now imaging buying $120,000 worth of T2 shares.
