Re the second resolution, if the company has the possibility of needing cash (and past form suggests there has to be a reasonable probability attached to this), then better giving the directors the option to raise 15% than have more serious issues if faced with a liquidity event.

Ultimately, you guys need to decide whether you trust the directors or not. If not, then the campaign for the November board meeting should start now.
