if that bill is passed imo it certainly would be possible for it to be of great assistance to vti . as bauxsol is already being backed at the i-99 site in that state , and with both epa and govt backing.the trial as stated in the url BY sthorht posted also shows environmental and political correctness and backing by major govt officials

this article states a final 1 month trial for bauxsol
and as i said if the greener 11 bill is passed and rendell gets his way and if bauxsol works on the final trial .then imo bauxsols future is somewhat assured as rendel will have over $600 mill to spend on other projects in pensylvania .rks acid mine drainage is often mentioned . but would be only 1 small aplication for that state as there are many problems there
