Busselton is about 300ks away from Hallshead. However, there are some similarities. Both have heavy retirees, holiday makers and people on social security.
Busselton/Margaret River area are good investment areas as they are premium tourist destinations. While saying that, many middle income earners, have stuffed up buying into wineries which are proving costly to them. There are heaps of this type of property for sale down there at the moment, cheap. Some people are buying up at good prices and subdividing them to make money. Others are just sitting on them. Have to be careful though.
Will buy into this area soon. Looking carefully though.
