All JV/partnership discussions are done under confidentiality agreements - so I would say that they can't.

Tomstrays post yesterday hinted about what would be in the quarterly - and his reaction to it. Will be interesting to see what is said in it about the offer and ongoing negotiations..... but really, we have been hearing about ongoing negotations for a few quarters now. Would like to see something more defnitive than "talks are well progressed/advanced" etc.

If not that, something stating flat out that 50c isn't within cooee of what we want for this company would be good to see.
