Some years ago I was at the AGM when the Zinifex
takeover was 'discussed'.

I can still pircture Mr.Hegarty just telling us
that it was part of their 'vision' and that was it.

But more importantly I can picture the 'finance'
director nodding as if taking his orders from Mr. H.

You comment about the 'ambulance chasers' reminded me of
that day and the longer term consequences of having a
'compliant' finance director.

Even so; I feel HT is good with his 'guess' of 4 cents unfranked. And the franking credits start when-ever they happen.
