Yes, thanks, it is indeed conventional. They all are.
Enhanced geothermal reservoirs eg hot dry rocks is all still experimental/wishfull, eg GDY,PTR.
I am sorry but my earlier question was really rather rhetorical.
I would like to see hot dry rocks be a success but am tending to the view that it may be decades off if ever. Nothing will ever be acieved though without the likes of PTR and GDY trying (and burning our money).
