yep so the dumb will sell out, and the dumber will buy and the dummest will sit on their hands..
whats the right option - who knows..
I still think that they have done a reasonable job of explaining the timing issues on bills vs income and are still happy to keep drilling and advancing the gold work so can't be that worried about funding otherwise wouldn't you stop all of that.
either way now its just a wait and see.
