After reading some of the information provided (such as DB associating with Hanlong) I'm convinced that DB is in a 'collusion' with Hanlong.

Imagine if you were more or less told "buy as large amount of SDL shares as you can at around 50 cents and you can sell them back to us at our improved take-over offer rate".

I'm not at all saying this is how it is, but it's how I'm seeing it at the moment.

Either way I'm expecting 1 or 2 other companies to enter the fold with a public take-over offer in the coming fortnight.
