It means that essentially they want to focus on the big-scale projects, ie LD, LM and Adavale as the three top contenders.
And to do that, they must be pretty sure that one of the three is a definite goer now. Otherwise they would hang in there with KC for the moment so that they had at least one fall-back short-term development option open to them.
It appears to mean that they have essentially reached a workable mining agreement on LD, subject to formal ratification. It doesn't make sense to me otherwise.
