Where you ask - explain to me where the problem is? - I think you need to re-read my posts.

You do get it right when you state:

"At some point it will list on the NASDAQ where it is likely to find a more appreciative audience."

Had the company made a similar seminal announcement after being listed on the NASDDAQ, and failed to achieve an outcome within a reasonable period of time, and without any communication as to why to US investors, then US investors would crucify the company - it would exact financial punishment on management who also hold shares.

In Australia the audience not only does not sufficiently appreciate the consequences of the company's present failure to inform the market on the NASDAQ and the delay, it also fails to adequately call a spade a spade - namely, instead of being highly critical about the continuing delay and failure to update publicly on the NASDAQ non-listing, many Australian shareholders (especially retail punters) insist on a mantra of only saying nice things about management, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, (with no reasonable basis for being so darn nice).

But bring on the NASDAQ listing someday, and watch the feathers fly post-listing should the company drop the ball like this again, after US instos and retail punters alike have plunged multi-millions into investing in the company - it won't get off with polite sentiments and soft wrist slaps like we see too often here - no, in the US it will get massively sold down, and gain more bad press from huge main stream financial reporting outlets the likes of which it has never experienced before.

But for today, in Australia at any rate, you just get shouted down if you point out real failures in any stock that has become a darling like PRR.
