Yes, I hadn't come across the notion of CAP's shouting before HC and the problem is CAP's are the only way to highlight something, unless you know how to embed (HTML?)code for say bold which most don't know or do.

Just did a quick search and I think the link below gives some common coding. Lets try bold type .

Perhaps HC could have some common codes for referencing somewhere on the site - they may do? Or even on the message text page.
