PALADIN has ambitions to become a major player in the world uranium club. I am absolutely certain the PDN would refuse a friendly takeover. Any takeover would have to be hostile.
PDN takeover rumours have been around for years but the current uranium situation must make this juicy target irresistible. It will never be cheaper.
However the share price is probably irrelevant as potential predators would engage in a bidding war which would see its true value exposed. I agree with Nightstalker that $10 would be nearer the mark.
