I'm well aware of potential management conflicts of interest and the drive by some to build a larger business to their own benefit and to the detriment of shareholders (e.g. excessive issuance of shares and/or debt).
I'm also willing to accept the possibility that I make a misjudgement on this, so if you have any facts that go against anything that I've said I'm more than happy to listen. Whilst it could sometimes indicate problems behind the scenes, the share price action is not enough for me. The share price has been reflective of a wider market and not the individual company.
Can you really say that at this current point in time, based on fact, that Focus management are not doing what they see best to grow the value of the business to the benefit of all stakeholders? Because at this point in time, I cannot find any reason to think that they aren't doing a good job.
