$100m to $150m deal ain't going to happen in hurry, considering they also need Chinese gov. approval.
Give you a hint, the people that were doing the negotiations are still holding their option & shares.
Also, note the buyer that keeps coming in at 34.5 to 35.5. I wish you luck if you're looking at re-entering at a cheap price.
