Thanks Myronc, I don't see it as a big deal either now that metalstorm have said they were aware and that they have the upper hand should any attempt be made to use it, Lee hasn't come out publicly and said as much,only through your email, perhaps he would rather contest it after Raytheon tried to use the tech, that way they get some dollars perhaps as MR Brown alluded to?

Mr Brown had that down pat very much for his first post didn't he??
