I would suspect that the business performance has been great and that some larger company like MXI are running the ruler over SNL. It would make a great strategic fit and generate a great deal of synergies and reduce the volatility in MXI's earnings. On top of this MXI is siitting on a very health balance sheet at the moment and didn;t pay a half yearly dividend even though they new they would reduce debt significantly with the sale of land that had been planned.
