Mighty W, good analysis, however you missed the last bit, PWW will BUY this Lease from Puck, Director Matjeles being related to the "esteemed" lawyer Sol Matjeles who is the Chairman of PWW and THAT is why MLS did not sell it direct to PWW because then the Shareholders of MLS would have benefited, now only the Shareholders of Puck will and there you have it !!!
