Anything but a placement/advance to the final JV entity will result in further SP demise. Placement to Instos will only get sold off as Instos still in PLV have also had their fingers burnt. This would also signal Tony does not have the power to force "hurt" money from the JV and will result in further concern over the magnitude of the capex and its funding.

IMO only one way PLV will not lose more SP ground is by having the JV partner cough up some $$s.

Let's hope Tony has the the power.
