probably not an announcement soon. I think once people had the chance to read the quarterly and get some information on what SDL has been doing for the last 3 months other than just meeting with potential JV partners they have seen that the team is continually exploring to get more resource and the current resource level is just a base to add too.

now, if we could get an announcement soon with a resource upgrade, that would be sweet.
