Hmmm... I was hot on the HDR Warrant Issue and the "mate's rates" FPO placement at the time as members will well remember ...

My BC was spitting out extremely nasty numbers which were later to be confirmed.

I am pleased (and no doubt HDR shareholders) that Mac is under scrutiny over these issues...

Given these and other revelations (Nine's Sunday program) it is about time ASIC applied the 'blow torch' to unscrupulous investment Banks.

As these organisations also function as Warrant Issuer's (MM's) the Market is deserving of a much better deal than they are getting presently.
