No point in making it (Carbon Tax info letter), "return to sender". It is coming out as a 'householder' letter apparently. Could be classed as junk mail by some.

This will not be returned, unless of course you place it in another envelope and readdress it and place a stamp on it. Then the avalanche of mail will reach the P.M. This will be my chosen method of objection.
