RE EDT: Received my compulsory acquisition letter from EPN so today I bailed on-market @9c less $50 brokerage. At least we were given a few days before the suspension kicks in. No point waiting for the chq. I was very surprised that 96% of the holders accepted the t/o offer.

Re CER: Does anyone know which funds hold the 70% and do these funds already hold equity in addition to the 70%? Might need to apply fresh bandages in anticipation of the next round of rogering.
