I agree with RTG,Chamelon appear to be professional litagators with very serious buisness ethics.We only have to have a look at their Modus Operandi, their original legal team engaged to bring this case forward, ended in acrimony, a legal stoush with Singaporean litiation funders and there were more.As a holder long before all this appeared I have naturally followed this action quite closely and formed the opinion that the real contest should be between Chamelon and Grimaldi not Murchison.You asked my thoughts on the outcome,well it is anyones guess really.Ask any Lawyer their opinion on the outcome of any case and their reply will quite rightly be "Well it could go this way and there again it could go that way".Personally I took a decision quite a while ago to hang in there.
