Australia is so leveraged to its domestic housing market it's amazing. Australia basically has 4 banks and almost 50% of their funding comes from overseas.
When the foreigners stop lending to these four banks to lend to Aussies to trade houses and the foreign students go elsewhere for a lower cost higher quality university education, watch out!!
