Jerry I'd like to see a CR delayed until the price is up a little or indefinitely but I don't think so.
Having cashflow is imperative and not having it would be market sensitive i.e. they would be insolvent so would need to report that fact to the market. They are not reporting anything on this front which makes me think they will soon or have already done a little deal to get ongoing funds.
Would they do a big deal now? I don't think so for the reasons you outline but I certainly think they would be putting in place a small buffer.
Support is strengthening, sentiment is good, marketing is ongoing; I'm betting they, like me, are expecting a fairly steady rise in SP from here and better opportunities for CR or self funding through production.
As for getting a bargain I'm doubtful but I'd like to see Ian#3t022er hold his breath just for kicks.
