The fealing I got was that things are going to happen very slow untill we have the 47mil and im going to be wealthy by holding most of my lom stock for arround 2 years more.
I will also continue to buy but im not going to rush in due to world events but will buy and support the sp when neaded if there is foolish selling.
I hold well over 4 mil so if or when lom gets the cash I expect to make my first million on the mining of the pots holes then a multable of that once a economical pipe is discovered.
My personal feal is that this is not the kind of company that traders or your smaller investors is interested in but the long term smart money is and if I was to come into some serious cash I would buy a controling interest in this company.
I think the smart move would be to hold a large parcel at least for a month to see how miles goes with the chinese investors as this is where the big money will be made in the short term imo.
Over the next month I expect a deal to be signed and regardless of the arrangement the sp will rise by arround 100% on signing of a deal with a rights issue offered to holders.
Even if lets say 1 billion shares were to be issued to the chinese investors at 3 cents,the fact that lonrho would have the cash to do what is neaded would create a rush of buyers wanting stock imo.
Miles also said at the agm that he would not sell more than 50% of this company to one ivestor group and end up with a take over.
The chinese companies over in angola also have most of the machines neaded to speed up things in angola and are keen to be the bigest investors of agriculture and diamonds while holding the controling interests of these assets,they have already spent more than 12 billion in angola.
The pot holes are of great interest to manfred marx and me,I spoke about my speculation on a possible value and senario in regards to these holes and he said it is possible to find enough diamonds in just one day in one hole to cover the entire cost of the lulo project as some of these holes can be huge,you could fit a building in some of them and they are very deep,he also said they are untouched due to where they are and you would send somone down the holes on ladders and they would simply just scoop them up with little to no overburden,this is how it has been done elsewhere in the region,one particular bend in the river is of most interest to him.
I expect after my conversation with manfred that the pot holes will be mined before drilling is finished and only a limited amount of holes will be drilled with a smaller rig while the pot holes are being mined.
Once we have the money lom,s sp is going to go up fast imo.
