And as far as the people ultimately having the power ? That may have been true prior to 9/11 and the already written patriot act that was supposedly written as a consequence of 9/11, but now ? No , the people have no power because the congress , which supposedly answers to the people answers ONLY to Aipac and the afilliated corporations .
