    GCA1960 i dont think the employeee shareholdings is a factor in any decision or negotitation...

    Remember most of these shares were given to staff for FREE and therefore they have a lot to benefit financially from a takeover offer at 50cents...They have millions and millions of free shares...so they will all walk away very rich people...
