This is what I think the board should do. Go public and announce to the Australian public what a fantastic asset SDL is aligned to.
Just release another share issue at around 60 cents with the majority of subscriptions coming from mum and dad investors. I'm sure there would be plenty of investment houses lining up to underwrite the issue. That way we are in charge of our own destiny. One important principal to adhere to is "never let anybody else in charge of your money".
