Industrial Minerals Company of Australia has reported that ROW (at best) will br able to supply 10% of HREE by 2015 - from NTU report.
Another factor is the learning curve and product recovery optimization for non-China producers who have to overcome a 20 year expertise drought.
My research indicates that there is much specialized process intelligence that China has developed and I do have doubts regarding any projected product delivery from LYC and Mountain Pass.
In any case NTU have a powerful strategic position if they can deliver the tonnes. I am sure there is a big red circle around NTU leases in Beijing.
This is one horse I am prepared to back.
