fml valuation help!, page-29

Hi,

I have been following FML for about 9 months now and have two points.

1. In all these posts it seems that nobody mentions 'who; is selling these shares. I got caught up in the hype and expectation and even felt slightly pressured by the way the capital raising was marketed. I am sure you all rememeber the expectations around April and the sense of panic that we could all miss out... the first in best dressed sense was a little bit of a cowboy act in my eyes.

I suspect that a lot of shareholders are quite disgusted that after all that pressure they are only taking over CRE.

2. I have no geological background, and I think TI looks interesting. But how on earth will they mine in the middle of the lake? Is there a precedent for this? Has anyone done it before? If anyone has any similar examples I would love to do some research on what was involved in getting to production.
