Abbott will have both policies and mandate before the next election. If of course he leads the Libs into the next election. He doesn't need them now and neither did labor 2 years before election when in opposition.
They whinge and whine and oppose. They say what is bad with only a smattering of what is good. Oppositions know that governments are voted out more than oppositions are voted in. ABC politics played by all sides.
