This is a strange post. You are throwing it at the forum as though it is bad news but no one here is expecting or asking for a pre-operational licence right now. Lynas will make an application for it only when it has complied with all necessary approval conditions.
I am very relaxed about the LAMP progress.
May I suggest you have a thorough read of the recent quarterly report if you are truly concerned about company progress. Media reports don't always paint the complete picture.
