Have you heard if PBD are preselling lots at Point Grey?
I note that the current market capitalisation of PBD is $26mil which is less than the popular valuation of the land when PBD purchased Point Grey.
I understand that PBD paid $90mil and where rudely surprised when they later heard the next highest bid was $40mil.
