Does anyone have any access to a LAMP flowsheet?

If anyone does then I reckon I could answer most of Julia's questions pretty quickly and easily.
To speculate though, seeing as it's the order of the day, it is a lot easier to start up a plant with all your process liquors at the operating concentrations than it is to go from scratch.
They will not add the RE's to the LAMP until they have water/pressure tested everything for leaks/direction/blah blah.
Fairly standard operating procedure.
I do love a good conspiracy theory though.
