    Wouldn't be surprised if it was Maple-Brown Abbott Limited still selling the hell out of the SP. They seemed to be in a rush considering they sold 16 million shares on the 26th of July! They still have 80 mil to unload if they're serious. It seems that they stopped buying on the 19th of Jan up to the price of $0.45 and have been selling ever since. Its an interesting read to see their trades.
