You mention Sovereign Risk alot. Malaysia has had the same Gov. the UMNO for 50 yrs. During that period Malaysia has averaged a much envied 7% GDP growth. In more recent times,the other aspiring Asian Tigers,Vietnam,Singapore,Sth Korea,Phillipines ,Indonesia have been more successfull in attracting Foreign Investments. The new Prime Minister Najib Razak is their best yet and highly held on the world scene.He has set out Malaysias 2020 plan to move away from being a Third world country. Then there is Australia. In the last 50 yrs..we are on our 12th Prime Minister. This time we have a Prime minister not voted in by the People.She held office because of the Greens. So far the Cattle Industry is about to go broke..with 800000 cattle now unexportable. The Carbon Tax. The Mining Tax. Two Greens in WA supported Malaysian Protestors,and want to stop transport of REE ores through Fremantle. They want to put the Coal Industry out of Business.
And you feel ARU ..with the greens in so much control..is safe.
I think you havent been reading up on Oz politics and whats happening to our country.Sad but true...we are a huge Sovereign Risk.
