I understand what your saying but the Law is the Law and the Magistrate had no choice.

Its all about if you cant pay the time, dont do the crime.

At least the young bloke should learn a lesson in life from the experience.imo

Would I do it in that situation(Casino), sober probably not, drunk, who knows.!

I would hope my Sons would not do it.
