Lets put things in perspective.

Yes it is only the appointment of a non-exec chairman.

Albeit a non-exec chairman who single-handedly founded Wizard and sold it for $500mil. A non-exec chairman who single-handedly saved TZL from extinction and put it on the right track.

He raised the money necessary to slice the $24m debt that was crippling the company at the time he stepped in.

He is not stupid. He has a proven track record of taking fledgling companies to the big time.

And he has a proven record of getting small companies noticed, which is half the battle for companies like ours.
