This is an incredible coup for ADO and Geoff.

We have now taken the next leap from a chairman in James Henderson who earned his place due to his large share holding, to an independant experienced businessman on board for his skills and ability to help transform the company.

I would suggest that Mark Bouris isnt going to risk blemishing his amazing corporate record to jump on board a company that has no prospect of becoming a giant in the industry.
IMO he has come on board because he and Geoff believe he can make a huge difference, and wants to see the business and products through to incredible commercial success.

A huge big congrats to Geoff for luring someone of Marks public profile, calibre and talents to the board.
