    Hi abdm

Thanks for the posts, great stuff.

Would be interested to know your thoughts on the negotiation timeframes.

To me, 'commercial negotiations' after a successful trial indicates its simply a matter of price negotiation and possibly other minor detail.

I cannot believe Telstra would not already have a plan on how many they want to roll out in total, how many in each stage of the rollout, where they put them and how they market them. They already know they work via the trial.

With that said, Telstra will know they still have the upper hand with their size and time also being on their side (as per our cash position) however I am also wondering if Telstra exec's would like to have the rollout underway before years end.

From PIE's side, production plans would already be in place and increased production capacity ready to go (I hope so anyway). The numbers on their minimum acceptable price would have been known long ago.

To me, I can't believe there hasn't been some sort of non specific discussion beteween the parties as to price during all the time spent together getting the project to this stage.

Whilst I know how slowly big companies move, my point is that all of the work has been done. Now is the time for final presentations and closing the deal. I am hoping that the formal sign off is days or weeks, not months away.

    Interested to hear anyones thoughts.

    Cheers

    TT
