While I still subscribe to my thoughts you do present some
interesting points and they are certainly worth consideration.

While I am sure that those who are proposing the Board restructure have looked at all angles I would be reluctant to lose any challenge as the current Board would feel they could pretty much get away with anything thereafter knowing we didn't have the firepower to intervene.


I also take your point on the divisive message it would send out.

It would be absolutely odds on now that they know what is going on and would be preparing to do battle. It will obviously come down to who has or controls the most votes therefore it is crucial that all those who put their hands up remember that they did so or you could leave some people high and dry with their arses in a sling after taking you at your word and then being let down.

Interesting times ahead.
