Please have all those shareholders who wish to vote NO to the Santos SOA send an e-mail to a free gmail,yahoo or hotmail account set up for the purpose e.g. [email protected]
The ones responding may wish to disclose the number of shares held if they so wish but it would not be necessary. You only require 100 shareholders to requisition an EGM to consider a motion put up by the group.
Motions such as
1. Requiring the Board to actively seek other offers for the company
2. Requiring the Board to look at JV options to fund further development
3. Looking at the option of a capital raising from shareholders
