I just overlayed the map from the MTE website over the map in the link.

Main issue for MTE would appear to be the green shaded areas in EPC1165 immediately to the west of the Southern Protection Area, south of the highway, and north of the Condamine River on map S2 (ie the area immediately SE of Miles). Green shaded areas are where strategic cropping land MAY exist.

MTE say a relatively insignificant section of EPC 1165 lies within the Protection Area (ASX release 1 June).

I think BND might have more SCL issues, being either in or near the 'golden triangle' around Springsure, to the north.
