    Can someone explain why, if the Chinese do not compete against each other in these deals, why then did hanlong come in over the top and short circuit the whole commercial negotiations with other chinese parties?? These people posting this stuff have a bit of explaining to do coz it's rubbish in IMO. Keep negotiating with potential JV partners I say! Panzer
