Martis, how long before they could announce QE3? Benny Bernake is dead against it but I think he will be forced.
I think the market is now pricing in a drop to AAA-. Since no one knows when the ratings agencies will drop you cannot really have a bounce from it.
I guess 10,000 is the new 12,000.
