p...ant aus company been around for 40 years, done nothing in that time, about to sign onto a billion dollar lithium deal!!!

Why would anyone give away such a resource(if it is truely jorc, I cant find any info), to an unknown with stuff all cash and an equal amount of idea!!! got to be kidding.

This looks like a windup in an effort to pump shareprice to dump 3c issues, it worked I guess, and now we will wait for the finalization of the transaction to fall through.

It really is to good to be true....so I recon it aint.
