Why tax them more as I say the US doesnt need more revenue its completely BS. Tax the rich and they just hire less or more offshore.
The mystical budget never needs to be balanced. We aren't talking about a household or business here.

You can tax BHP more, but that doesn't mean we will be able to build more parks or provide more health care. It would be nice if it did, but it simply doesnt.

But hey the politicians can say ooh hey look we ran a surplus (and then a recession will follow shortly therafter).
