My take is that the ESG announcement said that the Scheme Booklet (that will include the IER and hence the reserves upgrade) will be submitted to ASIC late August which is about when I am expecting the upgrade (given JP Morgan's report on 5 July said Tintsfield needed about 1 more month's data). It would therefore be entirely reasonable that we should also see the upgrade released at that time. Directors responsibilities on disclosure would determine that I reckon.
